The hotel's contemporary design and artwork added a touch of elegance to my stay. The general areas were spacious and provided plenty of comfortable seating, perfect for senior guests like myself to relax and socialize. Additionally, the hotel's accessibility for senior people was outstanding, with easy navigation around the property and helpful staff ready to assist at all times.
I would have preferred to have more options for activities suitable for senior guests.

We absolutely loved our stay at this hotel. The staff's delightful attitude really made a difference. The rooms are spacious, well equipped, and quiet. The convenient store at the lobby was a great idea, and the mini market had a nice selection of items. The outside terrace was perfect for relaxing and enjoying our welcome cocktail. The breakfast had a good variety and great quality, with hot cooked food and eggs. The car service to downtown was a great perk.
Felt secure, no complaints whatsoever.

The Key Beirut was a wonderful find for my stay in the city. The location was just right - away from the hustle and bustle of the busy streets, but still close enough to all the hot spots. The staff was exceptional, always friendly and responsive to requests. The rooms were spacious, bright, and sparkling clean, making my stay comfortable and convenient. I especially loved the modern and functional room setup. The on-site convenient store was a great addition, allowing me to easily grab any necessary goodies. I highly recommend The Key Beirut for a fantastic stay in Beirut.

My stay at the Good new hotel was excellent! The rooms were incredibly clean and spacious, providing a cozy and comfortable atmosphere. The gym was a huge plus, allowing me to maintain my fitness routine during my stay. The staff were extremely polite and helpful, ensuring that all of my needs were met. I also appreciated the free use of the key car, which made exploring the area convenient and hassle-free. The hotel is located in a quiet area, offering a peaceful retreat after a busy day. Additionally, everything in the hotel is new, creating a fresh and modern ambiance. I was also impressed by the Hotel Market, which had everything I needed for a comfortable stay.
Despite these positives, there were a few drawbacks to my experience. The hotel's WiFi connection was quite slow, which can be problematic for business travelers who rely on a fast internet connection.

We were right in the heart of the action, with all the coolest spots just a short walk or quick drive away. We hit up the trendiest clubs and danced like there was no tomorrow. The hotel staff were super chill and always down to help us out. We felt like VIPs with their top-notch service. Our room was clean and comfy, perfect for crashing after our wild nights out. It was the ultimate party pad!
The only thing we would've loved even more is if the hotel had its own rooftop party lounge. Imagine having a sick DJ spinning beats while we enjoy breathtaking views of the city.

The rooms are spacious and comfortable, giving you all the amenities you need for an enjoyable stay. The staff are always friendly and helpful, making sure your every need is met. While the hotel is located in a great area, it is not in walking distance to many places.

The staff were a huge asset, very friendly, professional, and provided excellent service. They even had free transportation service that was very helpful. Spent my Easter weekend at this hotel. The staff was kind to us during our stay, which was a relief since we were far away from home. The room was quite comfortable, and it was great to have a restaurant and mini-market in the hotel. The Wi-Fi was also reliable throughout our stay.
The location of the hotel was awful. There was a lot of construction work being done in the area, which created a lot of noise, making it hard to sleep.

The hotel's contemporary design and stylish decoration created a welcoming atmosphere for senior guests like myself. The spacious and well-furnished common areas, adorned with beautiful artwork, offered a comfortable space to relax and socialize. Additionally, the hotel's convenient location made it easily accessible, allowing me to explore the city's renowned art hub effortlessly.
It would have been even better if the children working there could provide more assistance and guidance specifically tailored to the needs of senior guests.

Breakfast delights could have had more variety.

This hotel is a true definition of luxury. From the moment I checked in until I left, the staff made me feel like royalty. The spa center is perfect for a day of relaxation, offering numerous beauty treatments such as full body massages and body wraps. The elegant restaurant provided superb dining and the outdoor dining area was an added bonus. The private facilities were exclusive and added to the luxurious feel of the venue.
The only minor problem was the lack of a sauna in the hotel, but it did not take away from the overall experience. The leisure/TV room was also a bit small for my liking.

I chose to stay at Key Beirut because I really wanted to visit the Beirut National Museum, and the hotel's location near the museum was perfect. But what pleasantly surprised me was the wide range of dining options available. Whether I wanted to enjoy the newly famed street cafes and bars of Badaro Street or explore the nightlife and eateries of Mar Mikhael, I had plenty of choices. The all-day dining restaurant at Key Beirut also offered room service and take-away options, which was convenient for a quick meal on the go.
Transportation was a minor issue during my stay. While Key Beirut offers a free car service, it was always busy and I never had the opportunity to use it.

We had a wonderful Thanksgiving stay! The staff were friendly, helpful and always had a smile on their face. The rooms were spacious, clean and comfortable, and the complimentary breakfast offered a great start to our day. We especially enjoyed the outside terrace that offered a great space to relax and unwind. The location was also ideal, with easy access to the city center and nearby beaches. Another bonus was the mini-market that was well-stocked with a variety of items.
While the hotel was wonderful, the only downside was the slow internet speed. However, we were informed that they were in the process of upgrading the system so it should be faster in the near future.
